Community Councillors are volunteers who act as statutory consults, and an advisory group on matters affecting our town/ residents. We meet on the last Monday of each month, from within the former Access Office building on the High Street- opposite the library (Except December and July). Anyone in the community is welcome along to listen in / raise concerns, ideas or questions
We are here, as fellow residents with the aim of representing the wider community on not only license or planning applications brought forward to the Council, but also any issues you want to bring to us. We currently support maintenance of our beach area with regular summer beach cleans, support funding opportunities for our area, organise and maintain our festive lighting and switch on event- to name but a few.
