Real Life Options was first established in 1992 to support and empower people with learning disabilities and autism to have more choice and greater control over their lives. Over the last three decades, we have grown to become a national provider of social support and care while staying true to our core ethos.
As a registered charity we support over 1,500 people across the UK to help develop their independence and achieve their potential. We recognise that to be excellent in our field, we need to truly understand and champion the changing needs and aspirations of the people we support. Through partnerships with families, thought-leader organisations and professional services, we believe in constantly evolving and providing a person-centred approach at every step in an individual’s support journey.
